Preparation of Master color solution as per recipe.
Cross checking of the running shades and related documentation.
Development of new colors.
Preparation of feed tank/ gelatin blend.
Cross checking of color shades.
Timely supply of gelatin feed tank/blend to production department.
Monitoring of customer related shade development work.
Timely calibration of viscometer, instruments & other equipments.
Timely maintenance of process related instruments & equipments like transfer tank, tank trolley, Tio2, Sio2 Homogeniser. Water loop system, purified water tank, washing room cleaning equipment.
Maintain documentation and cleaning as per cGMP requirement.
Schedule training of new as well as old employee.
Managing and maintaining left over solution, gelatin cakes, capsule cuttings etc.
Checking of viscosity, color shade, bubble spots inclusion etc of feed tank / gelatin blend.
