Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and visually appealing designs for various media platforms
- Create graphics that align with brand guidelines and project requirements
- Develop a strong understanding of target audiences and create designs that resonate with them
- Create designs that are optimized for digital and print media
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet project goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and tools to ensure the team is utilizing the latest technology and best practices
Required Skills:
- Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and receive feedback
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Hands-on familiarity with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (or Adobe XD), and other tools are addons
- Ability to perform tasks and solve problems creatively
- Experience in creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media is a plus
