Description
Technical Management:
- Constantly analyse and assess the security posture of Birlasoft and work on methods to improve it
- Define and lead strategy initiatives through implementation of tools, technology, culture and processes
- Managing SOC and other security assurance infrastructure
- Prioritizing security activities based on current thread landscape and emerging trends in that domain.
- Deciding the most relevant and applicable metrics for measuring security effectiveness and deciding on the requisite algorithms for their quantification
- Ensuring security controls mandated by the customers are implemented and measured for efficacy
- Preparation of technology demonstrators and use case for customers for new business or enhancement in existing business
- Management of tool licences for optimum utilization across customers
Stakeholder Management:
- Liaison with external and internal stakeholders
- Manage security effectiveness reports for customers and management including closure of gaps and improvement in security posture
- Advise and consult with internal team and customers on risk assessment, threat modelling and fixing vulnerabilities
- Ensure compliance to SLA, process adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objective
- Coordinate with external agencies to remain best informed on the security threats and frameworks to assess and improve the status quo
