Edm Project Manager - (mdg) Job in Birlasoft Limited

RolePurpose Statement

• Support the EDM program and team acrossthe organization. Responsible for project management and administrative relatedtasks
• Will workhand-in-hand with the global EDM team and its representatives in each region /country. The role will align regional EDM projects with the EDM Program Managerto ensure overall timelines, resourcing, and global objectives are aligned.

MainAccountabilities

• Manage EDMworkstreams with project planning activities including:
• Development,ownership and ongoing revisions of project plans including updates tocompletion percentages and proposed changes to milestones, deliverables, timingor resource requirements
• Own and maintainproject risk and issue log
• Maintain all EDMrelevant documents. (Coordinate in case of change)
• Manage actionlog of team ensure close link with the global EDM program, follow up withrelevant stakeholders on pressing actions.
• Develop statusreports and presentations in PowerPoint,
• Coordinate gapanalysis regarding policies and relevant procedures, KPIs and other EDMinitiatives
• Create therequired awareness to meet the programs deadlines, ensure the teams engagement
• Prepare weeklyand other periodic meeting agendas and lead key meetings such as SteeringCommittee and Project Team meetings
• Maintain theteams document filing structure and handle security accesses (SharePointexperience a plus)
• Work with EDMOrganizational Change Management team to incorporate necessary OCM tasks withinthe project plan
• Organize thelogistics for the team including travels and project workshops

• 5-8 years of experience inAdministrative and project management tasks
• College degree is required
• Fluent in English is a must(Spoken and writing skills)
• Self-starter withdemonstrated success working with limited direction / supervision
• Ability to buildrelationships in a team, good interpersonal skills
• Strong plus: SAP Master DataGovernance project experience (SAP MDG) specifically Materials and BusinessPartner domains
• Master data related projectexperience (even if not SAP related)
• Skill in planning andproject management, able to meet multiple deadlines.
• Excellent working knowledgeof MS Office including MS Project (Visio is a plus).
• Ability to travel
