Job Description
In the role of EPPIC Manager, you will be responsible to Coordinate with the transition team, plan and monitors the resource deployment, reviews the daily dashboards, staffing plan, work allocation, governance adherence and interacts with client WITH THE OBJECTIVE to deliver target delivery model, ensure delivery predictability and enhance client satisfaction for the processes within purview WITHIN the guidelines, Policies and norms of Infosys

Required
8+ years of experience in IT Operations/Production support (5+ for team member)
Production support and Operations (incident Management)
Create incidents and assign and perform initial triage for incidents and escalate appropriately, respond /resolve major tickets, service requests, manage serious issues, Incidents through follow ups, provide regular updates on unresolved service desk issues to management/customer in order to get faster/further assistance for resolving the issue
Initiate and manage bridge calls for priority incidents and releases
Monitor applications and batch jobs servers network devices, databases, Operation system using monitoring tool in order to provide first level monitoring services to customer environments
Raise timely escalations to the release management team for issues observed and send downtime notification to all user s communities, in order to fulfil the tasks as per the process, provide guidance to service desk executives in running the scripts as per process

Any Graduate
