Job Summary
ServiceNow Developer is a technical role that is responsible for the configuration, on-going development and maintenance of the Service and we expect the interested candidate to have flexible working hours.
Now platform. The role provides deep technical experience in implementing best practice solutions that support ITIL based processes within the organization.
What will you do? Analyze, define and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interface with other systems, internal and external checks, controls, and outputs Configuration of Service Now system including creating workflows, UI design, ACL and business rules Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service Now and other systems Create and maintain integrations with other internal and external systems and solutions Implement and maintain automated workflows using Service
What do you need to succeed?
Must have: 3-6 years related IT experience, including 2-4 years Service Now development experience
Experience on applications with multiple functions
Experience in IT development, support and implementation roles; knowledge of ITSM processes
Nice to have: Experience in Service Portal development that provides an alternative user experience to the standard platform interface. The Service Portal application offers the tools needed to configure, customize, and extend portal components to create an online experience.
