Job Description:

• Oversees all operations
  
• Develops, maintains, and improves Standard Operating Procedures
  
• Implements all SOPs
  
• Develops continuous improvement plans
  
• Manages operation department leads
  
• Assists in the development of KPIs that align with the business line goals
  
• Implement and support the teams to meet KPIs
  
• Identify bottlenecks in current systems and processes and streamline accordingly
  
• Manage the procurement of technology needs for current and new team members
  
• Long-term and short-term planning to create initiatives that further the business line s overall goals
