Job Summary
English Communication Trainer(Part-time) (Work From Home) If you are aspiring to make a career with Ed-tech, then we are definitely looking forward to having you onboard! About Blackboard Radio (BBR) Blackboard Radio (BBR) is an award-winning social ed-tech enterprise founded by IIT Delhi alumni and supported by Villgro Innovation Foundation and CIIE, IIM Ahmedabad. At Blackboard Radio (BBR), we are creating an AI-powered spoken English tutor for learners. Roles and responsibilities- Teaching and counseling students and professionals between the age of 20 years to 50 years. Mentoring the learner to improve their English Communication Skills. Taking interactive and creative online Demo/Foundation classes and sharing the feedback with the learner as well as with the team. Assess the learner’s strengths and weaknesses, understand their requirements, and suggest the best program suitable for them. Ensure higher conversion ratio. Eligibility Criteria- ➢ Graduate/Post graduate in English Language, Humanities, Business Administration or Mass communication. ➢ Have prior experience of at least 2 years in Communication training/Counseling experience. ➢ Have excellent English communication skills. ➢Should have excellent counseling and mentoring skills. ➢Should have convincing skills in order to ensure higher conversion rate. ➢ Having awareness of demo/trial session structural understanding and exposure in conducting demo sessions. ➢ Softskill, personality development, IELTS training experience would be an added advantage. ➢ Should have technical awareness e.g. powerpoint, zoom/google meet features, MS word etc. ➢Should be able to speak in Hindi as well. Must haves- ➢ Should have a Laptop and Wi-Fi Connection. ➢Availability during the weekends. Remuneration - subject to performance and time commitment Location- Remote (Work From Home) Working- 6 Days a week
