Job Summary

Job Description

  • Understanding the Organisation, Teams, Roles given for hiring
  • Prepare the JDs for various Roles in consultation with Team Managers, Consultants keeping Market in view, and take Management approval
  • Onboarding suitable consultants and be in constant touch with them
  • Utilising a variety of sourcing methodologies, including but not limited to posting and updating ads on job portals, through consultants, using social media and online communities for recruiting, proactive internet research and so on.
  • Understanding candidate profile and suitability for the Role
  • Delivering an excellent experience to candidates by timely and right messaging, clear communication during the entire recruitment process, and during the process of joining, Onboarding, Team integration and thereafter
  • Reporting to recruiting team and management on funnel metrics, candidate status and time-to-hire
  • Develop and implement long term strategy to build up perspective network online as well as through conferences, events and hiring drives in colleges/ institutes
  • Reducing time-to-hire through constructive communication with stakeholders, hiring team, management and involved consultants
  • KPIs for the IT Recruiter would be time-to-hire, suitability of the recruited candidates within the Organisation
  • Other HR jobs


Requirements

  • 1.5+ years experience in recruiting for IT and product roles in Technology Companies of excellent standing
  • Has experience of garnering various sourcing channels, including proactive phone, internet research, social media, online communities, job portals, consultants etc. to ensure right pipeline of candidates for recruiting
  • Strong ethics with an ability to manage confidential data
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Sharp time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communicator and result-oriented negotiator
  • Hands-on experience on recruitment software - like Zoho Recruit, various A.T.S tools - would be an added advantage
  • The candidate must be in a position to join on an immediate basis


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Should have experience in IT end to end recruitment
  • Should be good in sourcing profiles and shortlisting them for further process
  • Should have worked on different job portals (Naukri, Hirist, LinkedIn etc)
  • Should have proactive approach
  • Any graduate & Post Graduate (preferably MBA in HR) having relevant experience in IT Recruitment
