Job Summary


i. Must have Post Graduation degree in MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR).ii. Must have minimum experience of 3-5 years in handling HR Generalist profile inhospital industry/reputed organizations.iii. Should have sound knowledge in handling complete life cycle of employment.iv. Should handle recruitment cycle and fulfil the organization need within TAT.v. Formulate department hierarchy for all the departments and update periodicallywhenever there is change in the designations in the department or during additionalrequest.vi. Should handle reward & recognition and motivate employees.vii. Must have good knowledge of grievance handling.viii. Should have good knowledge on Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits,Employee engagement, Strategy formulation, Policies, Talent management, MIS, andday to day HR activities.ix. English fluency, positive and cheerful personality is must.x. Candidates with relevant experience in Medical College/Hospital/Health SciencesInstitutions will preferred.
