i. Full-time Graduation in B Pharma / B.Sc. with a minimum of 8+ Years of experience inthe hospital industry only.orii. Full-time MBA Degree in marketing specialization with at least 5 years workexperience in the hospital industry.iii. Computer Knowledge is mandatory, proficiency in English is must.iv. Must have a strong professional network in the north Karnataka area in hospitalindustry.v. Must maintain a high level of service, knowledge of hospital and competitors for selfand team.vi. Provide leadership in market analysis and development/execution of strategies andaction plans to achieve the targets.vii. Conduct marketing activities like CMEs, KOL dinner meets, field visit Train andmotivate the team members.viii. Must have adherence to work ethics, dependability, Positive & empathetic attitude.ix. Supplement the field force efforts to conduct medical camps and Media interactions inthe assigned territory.x. Coordinating and maintaining relations with internal staff and doctors
