Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to strengthen our quality assurance efforts. You will design and implement automated testing frameworks and strategies that ensure the reliability, stability, and performance of our software products, including rollback testing in continuous integration and deployment environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Implement rollback testing to validate system stability during deployment and rollback cycles.
• Develop automated test scripts covering regression, smoke, sanity, and performance testing scenarios.
• Integrate automated tests seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to identify gaps in test coverage and improve release reliability.
• Analyze test results, log defects, and support developers in debugging and resolving issues.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation.
• Ensure thorough testing across multiple environments including staging, production, and rollback scenarios.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of rollback testing and deployment validation techniques.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines including Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and GitHub.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
