What You ll Do

As an Engineering Manager, you will:

🛠 People & Team Leadership

• Lead and grow teams of 5 20 engineers, creating a culture of ownership, learning, and accountability
• Coach engineers through structured feedback, career development, and performance management
• Champion psychological safety and team health while delivering at pace

📦 Delivery & Process Ownership

• Own Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives), ensuring consistent sprint delivery
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define and deliver features aligned to OKRs
• Monitor and improve delivery metrics (cycle time, release cadence, velocity)

🛡 Engineering Excellence

• Shape scalable workflows: CI/CD pipelines, release cadence, documentation standards
• Ensure alignment with quality, security, and compliance requirements
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, process evolution, and tooling optimization

🤍 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to unblock execution and refine priorities
• Act as the technical liaison for leadership, reporting on delivery health and team capacity
• Adapt strategy and plans based on business shifts or technical opportunities

What We re Looking For

✅ Must-Haves

• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, with direct reports and delivery ownership
• Proven success leading Agile teams and driving measurable improvements in velocity and quality
• Strong working knowledge of SDLC and tools (Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD)
• Experience managing delivery in cloud-based or scalable systems environments
• Ability to manage risk, ambiguity, and change across multiple priorities
• A deep commitment to mentorship, team empowerment, and culture-building

➕ Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
• Familiarity with modern tech stacks and GenAI application contexts
• Hands-on engineering background (preferred but not mandatory)
