Job Summary
  • Responsible for ensuring that the needs of the clients are met so that they are satisfied and leads to increase in the profit of the organization
  • Client handling abilities with good communication skills
  • Take briefs from the client and debrief creative teams upon the same
  • Undertake production and media release related work
  • Execute pitches, market research & team coordination
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with a company s clients
  • Streamline business operations by helping to reduce costs
  • Work with other account managers at a company to create a consistent client message as well

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :

  • Minimum 1-2 year of experience
  • Handle pressure situations with ease
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must have solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be strategic planners and have a strong understanding of a company s products
  • Must have strong judgment and decision-making skills
