Job Summary
Chief Architect Draftsman with experience in Architectural Industry with work experience of US and Canada projects to handle residential and commercial projects.Should be from Architectural background, with good understanding in Architectural MEP, Structural drawings. Should be versed in preparation of Construction Documents, understanding in project schedules and deliveries.Should have experience in US, Canada projects.Should have managed Quality Assurance practices, Project documentation and should be good in English and have done client communication both emails and calls.
TECHNICAL SKILLS: Chief Architect, AutoCAD
JOB RESPONSIBILITES: Use good Organization and communication skills in all aspects of job performance Project handling, Project review, Quality Assurance. Create construction / Architectural documents using Chief Architect & AutoCAD Architecture.Ensure continuity and consistency of design deliverables, meet project schedules, budgets and deadlines.Review and check the drawings for accuracy and completeness.JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS: Position requires a degree in Architecture, Construction technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience. related work experience using Chief Architect & AutoCAD (Experience in US-based Architecture Outsourcing Industry will be an added advantage). Proficiency with MS Office applications. Strong technical, written and verbal communication skills with US based clients.Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.Self-motivated individuals who are skilled, personable, and are committed to professional excellence. Time management and ability to multitask are essential. Should be handle projects independently with some minimal guidance. Ability to effectively meet deadlines. Reliable focused, and detail-oriented. Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a can do attitude. Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced drafting, drawing and detailing environment

Minimum qualification requirement
Required - Chief Architect Software skill with 1+ years experience
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
Required - Located in New Delhi
Required - Good command over English
