Position : Business Development Manager (7+ Years)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our company's services and products.

• Researching and identifying potential clients and markets to target
• Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and understanding their requirements
• Developing customized solutions and proposals for clients
• Negotiating and closing deals with clients
• Collaborating with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
• Representing the company at events and conferences

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the software development industry
• Proven track record of successfully closing deals and generating revenue
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers
• Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel when required
