Job Summary

Position : Technical Support Engineer (2-4 Years in Support)

We are looking for a bright Technical Analyst to provide enterprise-level technical and operational support to our customers. Background in engineering or similar is a must.

Responsibilities :
  • Proactive resolution & troubleshooting of customer queries.
  • Technical & Software Product & Solution Support.
  • Business & Operational Support.
  • Software Support & Maintenance.
  • Software Product & Solution Testing.
  • Product & Business Documentation.
  • Client Communication.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting.
Skills & Qualifications :
  • Common operating systems: Fair understanding of any two of these - Linux, Windows, Android & iOS.
  • Programming languages: OS level Scripting language like Shell Scripting, Batch Programming etc.
  • Able to deliver services on a 24x7 basis as per US shifts.
  • Database: Fair understanding of any two of these - Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server, MongoDB.
  • Configuring and Basic Testing Knowledge of Software Products.
  • Fair understanding of Software Engineering Lifecycle.
  • Fare understanding of Issue Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of Monitoring system and Alerts.
  • Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.
  • Good knowledge of Office Products (spreadsheet, presentation etc.).
  • Ability to work both individually and with teams.
  • Educational Qualification: BTech in Information Technology (IT), Electrical Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA).
