Business Consultant Int - Cloud Job in Blue Yonder Group

Responsibilities:

• Understand the implemented solution design
• Enhance/Change the design based on new business requirements by the customer
• Identify Root cause and find the permanent solution to any problem.
• Responsible to address incident/request related to above mentioned suite of products
• Adheres to priority based management considering impact + urgency
• Document the learning

Required skills and experience:

• This position requires someone who is smart, highly motivated, learns quickly, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Requires a bachelors degree (in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent) and 4-6 yearsof experience in SC domain or manufacturing industry with exposure to Scheduling and Manufacturing Execution System (MES)tools
• Must have effective oral and written communications skills and the ability to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills, ability to provide alternatives, root cause analysis, testing skills and ability to make thoughtful proposals are also among the skills required
• Basic understanding of Customer business and processes
• Candidates have relevant on JDA Sequencing, Factory Planner tools would be preferred or experience in equivalent SCM tools from Oracle Demantra, SAP APO, Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
• Intermediate in MS Excel, PL/SQL skills
