Technical Consultant Job in Blue Yonder Group

Responsibilities:

• Understand the Blue Yonder Used technologies.
• Provide Technical Support to Customers
• Identify Root cause and find the permanent solution to any problem.
• Responsible to address incident/request related to above mentioned suite of products
• Adheres to priority-based management considering impact + urgency
• Document the learning
• Provide value through Innovation and Automation

Desired Skills:

• Skill set and availability requirements as per the organization's needs
• Knowledge in performance tuning techniques is added advantage.
• Understanding and experience with the technical requirements for the product line assigned.
• Understanding of Database structures. Understanding of various technical platforms and infrastructures.
• Understands Blue Yonder product suite so as to convey relationships and touch-points to the customer.
• Works with appropriate parties to ensure issues are resolved.
• Knowledge of cloud services
  

Required skills and experience:

• This position requires someone who is smart, highly motivated, learns quickly, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Requires a bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent and around 3 yearsof technical experience in the following technologies (better to have more than one) Database Development (Oracle PL/SQL or MSSQL), Application Server (Weblogic/Tomcat ), SSO Authentication Technology (Pingfederate/SAML/F5) , Informatica, Cognos, Mulesoft, Azure Admin/Developer.
• Must have effective oral and written communications skills and the ability to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills, ability to provide alternatives, root cause analysis, testing skills and ability to make thoughtful proposals are also among the skills required

Good to Have Next Gen Skills:

• Should have strong flair for technology and hands on expertise in debugging/analyzing code in any of the programming languages (Java)
• Should contribute towards continual improvement to enhance customer experience using the NextGen technology skills (AppDynamics, Splunk, MuleSoft, Python, AI/ML, Azure)
