Vice President, Integrated Business Operations Job in Blue Yonder Group

Responsibilities:

• Oversight and general associate management responsibility for the local day to day India IBO Teams (Legal, ITG, Security, Global Business Services)
• Partner with IBO functional leaders, India leadership team and Associate Success
• Member of India leadership and IBO leadership team
• Ensures leadership presence in both Hyderabad and Bangalore locations
• Enables India IBO team members to execute on strategic initiatives set by functional leaders
• Implements global departmental policies, procedures and quality standards set by functional leaders to ensure the highest levels of performance, customer satisfaction, and business security. Considers local culture and market nuances where applicable
• Sets the standard, acts as role model and provides leadership for all interactions with Associates and executives within India IBO organization
• Builds a strong and inclusive culture that increases associate engagement, innovation & productivity and a sense of community within India and with global IBO team
• Supports functional IBO leaders, with quarterly and annual goals, OKRs, priorities and objectives for the team members
• Provides leadership and development of an effective organization, building next level leadership and succession planning for the IBO teams
• Reviews and approves salary and bonus changes in coordination with IBO global teams
• Supports monthly guidance and input during the P&L and forecast processes to functional IBO leaders
• Represents Blue Yonder and IBO Leadership on local matters
• Increases Blue Yonder visibility at various technology and community forums as appropriate in India.

Experience & Skills:

• 20 years of experience leading a cross functional team, preferably in technology field
• Worked for large Global Organizations with presence in major continents
• Knowledge of IT, Security, Legal, Procurement and Facilities key processes
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Ability to rapidly establish cross functional relationship and assumes leadership position
• Travel 50 % travel between India locations and 25% for global travel
