Client Servicing Specialist Job in Blufig Digital Marketing

Job Descriptions :

• Client & Delivery Management
• Understanding requirements form clients and communicating the same to the content, design and development team
• Ensure quality deliverables as per client expectations
• Front ending all client communications for select set of customers
• Own end to end delivery for assigned client accounts
• Weekly and monthly reporting for each of your customer accounts
• Build strong relationship with clients, industry peers and internal stakeholders
• Marketing performance analysis and improvement planning
• Account development
• Client Retention

Must - haves:

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent research skills. Should be able to research about topics, industries and come up with expert articles/ posts
• Should have understanding and experience of Digital Marketing field
• Good design sense
• Should have experience in writing for the IT and Tech Domain
• 5+ years experience preferably in the digital marketing or IT domain
