Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Drafting of petitions & agreement under the Trade Acts & allied acts: Exp in dealing with
DGFT, competition act etc. Monitor all open legal issues involving the company. Oversee applicable taxes & other statutory compliance too.

Desired Candidate Profile

Drafting & scrutinizing of various agreements such as Master Distributors agreement, Service,Trademark transfer, Business engagement, service level agreement, Non-
disclosure and other allied agreements

Experience Required :

5 to 10 Years
