Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:- Demonstrate technical problem solving capabilities.- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.- Work independently with some guidance on technical development and testing.- Estimate and provide level of effort needed for technical deliveries.- Understand technical design, develop code and demonstrate the deliverables to business analyst/ QA team.- Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.- Prepare test cases and strategies for unit testing and integration testing.- Work with L2 support team to support them on application issues.- Work on teams devops and agile initiatives to enhance devops maturity.- Acquire new technical and functional skills as per the organizations learning roadmap.
Qualifications:- 6 to 8 years of technical experience with Oracle Applications 11i and Release 12 in Oracle HRMS- Should have at least 3 years of Work Experience in Oracle HRMS - Oracle Core HR, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Self-Service (SSHR), Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)- Must have strong development experience in Oracle development tool set including SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher Reports, Workflow, OAF, Forms Personalization, Oracle Forms, Oracle integrations: open interfaced and APIs- Experience working in Agile methodology preferred.- Should have knowledge of SR management- Experience in systems analysis, understanding and interpreting requirements specifications- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;- Experience in a version control system and code deployment system- Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle- Working experience working with geographic distributed teams- Must have good problem solving and debugging skills
