Job Summary
?Key Accountabilities:
Installing / Administrator Mac OS software
Providing software and hardware support for Mac Devices and other mobile devices such as Blackberry, AV, iPhone etc
Ensure software, operating system at end user is updated and kept up to date
Install various application software from App store and maintain them regularly
Installation, configuration, Maintenance of Apple Mail, iCal, Address Book and ensure that it would get sync error free with Email
Maintain and sync Video, Music and photos on various devices
Maintain the AV Integration systems at Office and residence with the help of entrusted vendor
Requirement documentation, design and deployment in consultation with vendor. Ensure timely Implementation of same
Develop, document and test processes and procedures when necessary
Design, develop and implement enhancements and innovations to operating systems and be an early adopter testing of new hardware and software
Maintain knowledgebase of known issues and workarounds
Using troubleshooting and technical skills performs corrective and maintenance
Well versed with equipment like projector, Polycom and SONY View Station & Creston touch panel, Apple TV etc. must require
Home Automation experience preferred (Creston Avaya)
Working experience on cloud based video conferencing system is preferred
Using troubleshooting and technical skills performs corrective and maintenance actions
Follow Standard Operating Procedures defined and suggest improvements wherever needed
Ensure that Checklist frequency is defined. Checklist is done and records are maintained. Ensuring that actionable are effected, tracked and sorted out.
Maintain knowledgebase of known issues and workarounds
Establishing the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards
The design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment
Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
Upgrading data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases, the configuration of routing and switching equipment.
Remote support for end users
Working knowledge on TCP/IP is must
Training users on new systems and adoption of technology
IT Certifications will be added advantage
Working experience on telephone exchanges, IPBX, EPBX, MUX, Wi-Fi Radio, Plasma Displays, and IP Exchange etc. would be preferred
Skills Required :
Should have experience on Apple, AV automation, Network & EPABX
Should have 12 to 15 years of experience with added knowledge of Apple, Network, AV automation & EPABX preferred
Will be the first point of contact for all the requirements in Wadia Group related to Apple, Network, AV automation & EPABX
Should be innovative and able to provide solution to top management for complex issues
Should be able to work under pressure and deadline
Should have excellent communication skill and understand the requirement of IT support for top management
Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech
