Job Summary
Role:
- Lead the business development team in setting and achieving the business goals of revenue and profitability
- Inculcate an achievement and result oriented culture
- Achieve the set targets
- Help in positioning and brand development efforts of the organization
Responsibility:
- Develop and execute an end to end sales and customer acquisition strategy
- Develop and execute the alliances that are required to enable the customer acquisition strategy
- Formulate budgets and sales targets, and report on a periodic basis on the progress and activities of Key customers, region wise
- Perform administrative duties such as sales reporting and forecasting
- Customer engagement
Desired competencies:
- Leadership

Experience:
- Total work experience of 6-10 years
- Should have successful track record of generating sales and leading teams
- Exposure in luxury brand selling / selling to Ultra HNI s / charter sales would be preferred
