Job Description : Use wireframes to plan the layout. Navigation and functionality of new web development projects. Writing a bug-free code wherever required. Performance optimization and debugging. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the website. Handle complex design and identify the possibilities to make design compatible across all devices and screen resolutions. Test web pages in multiple browsers, e.g., Chrome, Firefox & Safari. All front-end code should follow W3Schools standards and be compatible with all browsers till their last 3 versions. Manage & coordinate with clients and team members to implement and finish the job/project. Qualifications & Skills required : Preferred educational qualification - Computer Science/Arts/Communication Design graduates. Exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset. Strong understanding of Design Systems. Ability to work with short deadlines and quick turn-around time. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Good knowledge of different web platforms - WordPress, Drupal, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, etc. Wireframing and Prototyping tools - Adobe XD/Sketch/Figma. Should have experience for responsive design & cross-browser compatibility. Ability to multitask, prioritize projects and communicate across teams, and take feedback positively to turn it into intuitive design solutions. Good to have : Experience in building websites with high standard UI/UX principles. Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages. Working knowledge of Jquery/Javascript. Basic knowledge of analytics, including Google Analytics.
