Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers to implement front-end and back-end features.
  • Design RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications across various platforms and devices.
  • Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in web development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, React.js (including hooks, Redux), and Node.js.
  • Strong understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, and RESTful API architecture.
  • Familiarity with front-end tools such as Webpack, Babel, and modern build pipelines.
  • Experience with Git, version control workflows, and deployment processes.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Firebase is a plus.

Qualification :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience Required :
