As a Brand Manager, it is the job to develop the framework for enabling such a successful and innovation-driven culture for our Business unit.

As Brand Manager you need to Devices ways to enhance the branding of the products & services initiatives in the organization.

You need to be instrumental in Developing Customer / User Mind Mapping strategies to enforce brand goals and vision both inside and outside the organization

Strategic:

  • Formulate strategy/approach to establish cultural transformation in NE-CC and harvest full of possibilities.
  • Enabling NE-CC to adapt to new ways of work and enable people to embrace new business challenges on emerging topics.
  • To facilitate in making NE-CC a Cool place to work and nurture ambition & strength by aligning with organizational goal.
  • Create an environment of positive culture to facilitate bigger vision and support in carving out leaders for tomorrow at NE-CC.
  • Assist leadership and aid management with ideas and conceptualize the cultural framework to create new benchmark in global deliveries.
  • To facilitate and encourage people to engage more in organizational activities and initiatives.

Operational:

  • To improve the NE-CC Presence at Org level by pushing beyond boundaries and increase the participation at Organization level.
  • Bridge to encourage open dialogues and conversation between leadership and associates by conducting and facilitating workshops.

To facilitate sessions from aspiring leaders to grow and gain leader s perspective.

  • Conducting symposium to discuss about upcoming trends in automotive industry.
  • To support in identifying the right talents and portray it in the right platform.

Conduct various events to enable associates to exhibit their talent and to break the barriers.

To establish design factory to make creative and interactive flyers for Content preparation

(Policy deployment, Decision making, leadership meetings)

Establish a forum to showcase new methods, models and achievements @ Work

Qualifications

Required:

A person with high degree of communication affinity and pioneering spirit are certainly vital attributes.

Minimum education: university degree from an accredited four-year program(MBA would be added advantage)

Minimum 6-9 years Industrial experience, including planning, strategic development, track record of obtaining results.

General business knowledge

Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
