Job Summary

Job Description

We are looking for a creative storyteller and self-driven professional who is passionate about creating impact on people and business through communication.

  • Responsible for designing creative communication content for people related topics in alignment with HR strategy
  • Conceptualize, create, and provide communication related support for HR events and change initiatives
  • Support in enabling extraordinary employee experience by communicating people stories
  • Manage social media content to enable a unique Bosch employer brand
  • Manage content for internal blogs and HR intranet page
  • Work directly with design teams to bring innovative ideas for internal and external HR communication

The incumbent will be on aConsultant contract for 18 months.

Qualifications & Skills

- Mass Communications / Bachelors in Media & Communications

- 4-5 yrs of experience in creating Communication content for corporate organizations

- Preferred experience in creating digital content and stories for social media platforms

- Knowledge of social media schedulers and analytics

- A flair for writing and meticulous editing skills
