Job Description

Required Skills:

• Electrical Engineering Graduate or equivalent education at least 3-5 years of experience in CAD / Drawing using UG NX
• Good knowledge in Schematic design for Lithium Ion battery system
• Good understanding of different automotive standard including AIS 048, AIS 156, etc
• Good knowledge in 3D Wiring harness routing design using UG NX
• Understanding of industry standard requirements for Li-ion batteries, with regards to compliance and certification
• Good knowledge of supply base
• Good in presentation and communication skills
• Good understanding of electric and electronic components like contractors, relays and connector
• Strong documentation and writing skills
• Should be adoptive to frequent change in frequent change in requirement and work accordingly
• Should be agile

Job Description

• Perform 3D wiring harness design and routing for High voltage and Low Voltage Lithium Ion Battery
• Good understanding in selection of connectors, fuse, bus bars connections and other electrical components of Li Ion Battery
• Create Bill of Material and 2D Manufacturing drawing for electrical components and harness customer standard/requirement independently
• Regular interaction with supplier and customer for selection of suitable electrical components
• Closely work with Mechanical design and Electronics schematic engineer for effective wiring harness design
• Perform Wire harness design routing using UG NX
• Good understanding of specification / SOR form customer

Qualifications

B.E or B. Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience in Li ION Battery will be an advantage
