To Identify, plan, establish, coordinate and monitor the functional safety management activities identified in the functional safety process throughout the product development life cycle

To create safety plan and maintain safety case

To provide the impact analysis and prepare safety reports for successive safety releases

To lead functional safety management related activities on safety critical systems and ensure products, processes and work products are in compliance to the applicable functional safety standard.

To work in collaboration with the customers safety organizations as well as with project development team and its managers on all functional safety aspects
