Mandatory General Skills

• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Should be proactive, self-driven and able to identify improvements as part of the continuous improvement to address recurring issues
• Knowledge of Agile framework and having worked in scrum teams is added advantage
• Knowledge on any ticketing tool usage and worked on Incident Management processes and tools
• Proven competence in Data Investigation, Data collection on Incident for further analysis.
• Should have been part of PROD support
• Liaise with customers and manage customers expectations on incidents
• Should be flexible enough to connect and work whenever required

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Thorough understanding of relational databases.
• Strong knowledge in TSQL
• Comfortable working SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio)
• Should have worked in tables designing, Complex queries, CTEs, Views, Stored procedures, Function etc
• Should be able to identify long and time consuming TSQL queries and any performance bottleneck and closely work with development team
• Should be well versed with any source control tool like TFS, SVN etc

Good to have

• Good in Excel
• Good knowledge on ETL concepts
• Awareness on TSQL Best Practices
