Job Summary
- To ensure availability of production line by resolving Breakdowns of Production lines in a timely manner. Analysis of long duration breakdowns and plan for reduction of down times, through Corrective & preventive actions. (PDCA approach).
- Preventive maintenance of lines.
- Planning & procurement of Maintenance spares.
- Providing necessary training to all technicians & Operators (TPM) to improve the Competency.
- Ensure calibration is done on all Machine mounted gauges & Process requirements to ensure Quality of the manufactured products.
- Ensure Process stability & Measurement data management.
- Initiate Industry 4.0 projects Digitalization Concept and Execution.
- Method improvement projects and corrective action for customer complaints.
- IT in Manufacturing concept & execution.
