1. Education

Bachelor or Master (preferably Masters) in Biological or Chemical science or Materials or Paper or Packaging Technology

2. Critical Skills

Leadership Strong leadership & passion on raw material development and supplier qualification as Function leader.

Organizational & Communication skills Fluency in English (speaking/writing/reading)

Technical master in R&D R&D is the magic behind our products.

Risk management Able to identify, manage and communicate risk and develop appropriate contingency plans.

Grows capability of self & team members. Ensures that the team members have required skills to execute department deliverables.

Lead technical analysis and consumer-product assessment leading to new initiative development from inception to launch. In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to strategically envision and influence the technical Product development in partnership with plant Pproduct Supply, Process engineering, Material Development and Supply and commercial functions (Marketing, Consumer Research, Finance) to deliver innovation & productivity targets.
