What you do

As a Programmatic Specialist you will get hands-on experience managing Programmatic accounts for some of the most exciting brands in the world. You ll get to complete a robust training program where you ll learn best practices and advanced applications and build experience in a dynamic team at an industry-leading agency!

Successfully complete new hire training program & obtain all required certifications

Build campaigns and ads IO, Line items, Ads, Pull Tags, Upload Creative, map Tags, following defined campaign structure and utilizing Brainlabs best practices, QA processes, and tools Build Campaigns, Monitor budgets and performance and Suggest The same to Traders.

Communicate performance opportunities & issues with the team while providing ideas for solutions

Perform analyses and make data-driven recommendations, following our 'test and learn' methodology

Proactive and solutions-focused

Passion for marketing and/or the digital world Smart and data-driven approach to work

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally

Hands-on experience of DV360/GAM/GDN

Proven skills with Microsoft Office and/or Google Business Apps, especially Excel or Google Sheets

Possess interpersonal and organizational skills

Prior data analysis experience either as part of a class project or in a previous position

KPIs :

Fast and flawless project delivery - Delivering assigned tasks (both ad hoc and recurring) on time by utilizing defined best practices and QA processes to ensure consistency.

Client growth - Increasing client investment in Programmatic over time by optimizing current activity and identifying growth opportunities in current campaigns.
