The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, marketing, and client relationship management, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding the company s market presence.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Plan and execute new marketing strategies and initiatives to attract prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and partnerships.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients while working to increase customer value.
- Explore and develop new markets to expand the company s reach and sales pipeline.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Define and track development goals for the business development team, ensuring targets are met.
- Mentor and train team members, helping them enhance their sales and client management skills.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT fluency and comfort working with digital tools and CRM platforms.
- Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
