Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. Based in Kolkata, the ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a strong background in project planning, budgeting, and execution. The Project Manager will be responsible for aligning project objectives with company goals and ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Estimate and allocate necessary resources, ensuring effective and efficient utilization.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with the approved budget.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and strategic changes.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues and obstacles.
  • Apply industry best practices and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationship management with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Track and report project performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting for all project phases.
  • Escalate issues to upper management as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in project management or a related role.
  • Certification: PMP certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing full project lifecycles.
