Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop opportunities with new as well as existing client base.
  • Gathering data for potential clients through internet research.
  • Handling and converting prospective clients to the potential customers by using various sales strategies.
  • Analyzing client requirements & drafting business proposals for Web Designing/SEO and other services Brainwork offers.
  • Fulfilling all aspects of successful sales cycles (RFP s, quotes, proposals & closing).
  • Lead generation and maintaining steady flow of conversion of leads.
  • Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Discussing & e- mailing Presentations & company Profile to prospective clients.
  • Build long-term business relationships with client leaders and decision makers.
  • Maintaining sales reports and weekly schedule of planned activities.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction track record by making sure that the work is done according to client requirements.

Desired Profile

  • 1-3 years of Business Development Experience in Web/Software/IT field.
  • Must be able to make proposals and replies for each lead.
  • Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a positive attitude.
  • Good verbal and written communication.

Qualification :
MBA/PGDBA from reputed institute
