Responsibilities:

Design Execution:

Assist in the creation of visual content for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website elements, marketing collateral, and more.
Bring creative concepts to life through thoughtful and visually appealing designs.
Brand Consistency:

Ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to brand guidelines across various projects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
Project Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to understand project requirements and objectives.
Incorporate feedback into design iterations to meet project goals.
Creative Conceptualization:

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for visual content.
Assist in the development of design concepts for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Software Proficiency:

Utilize design software Adobe Suite, Corel Draw, and Canva to create high-quality graphics and visuals.
Stay updated on design trends and software updates to enhance design capabilities.
Photography and Image Editing:

Assist in sourcing and editing images for various projects.
Enhance and retouch photos as needed for marketing materials.
Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all designs meet high-quality standards and are error-free before final production.
Feedback and Iteration:

Actively seek feedback from team members and incorporate suggestions for continuous improvement.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt designs based on feedback.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving design trends.
Duration:
This is an internship position with a duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
