Your new role

Based in Gurgaon, the Business Consultant will join the CSG team to both support and consult on Wealth Management clients. The focus of the role is subject to business needs and priorities, but the role holder will generally be support-orientated for an initial period, providing front-line support within a Client Services Squad. When allocated to a consulting assignment, the role-holder will be part of a layered team advising clients in their use of the Sonata platform, alongside designing, testing, and delivering solutions to support client product propositions and operational needs.

Experience level- 3-6 Years

Main Activities

• Providing client support.
• Analyze and resolve issues raised by Clients.
• Collaboration with client staff for business process.
• Gathering Requirement , providing solution, Configuration Analysis and stake holder management.

What you ll need to succeed

• Overall 3+ years of IT experience
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a business or technology consulting company as BA.
• A good understanding of best practice application development methodology
• An excellent working knowledge of SQL language
• Ability to develop basic application code using a modern object-based language
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
