Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Research and identify potential accounts, solicit new business, build rapport, provide technical information and explanations, and prepare quotations.
  • Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads and conducting outbound cold calls and emails to generate interest.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Sales Closing: Close sales and consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Competitor Analysis: Assess competitors by analyzing their information and trends to identify sales opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Account Research: Research assigned accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in the company s offerings.
  • Database Management: Maintain and expand a database of prospects within your assigned territory, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Product Demos: Perform effective online demonstrations of products to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven inside sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • B2B Sales Expertise: Strong phone presence and experience in B2B sales, particularly with US clients.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools to manage leads and opportunities efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively and listen actively to customer needs.
  • Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and sales goals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using corporate productivity and web presentation tools to engage clients.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with cold calling and converting leads into clients.
