Job Overview:

We are seeking a UX Designer to create innovative, intuitive, and user-friendly platforms and software. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with creative design to understand user needs and solve complex problems. A strong portfolio showcasing successful UX and technical projects is essential. You will play a key role in enhancing our product's user experience and ensuring it is both functional and engaging.

Responsibilities:

• Understand Product Specifications and User Psychology: Gain deep insights into product requirements and user psychology to design solutions that are aligned with both user expectations and business objectives.
• Conduct Usability Testing: Lead concept and usability testing and gather valuable feedback to iteratively improve the design.
• Create User Personas: Develop detailed personas through user research and data analysis to guide design decisions and enhance user-centric solutions.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that focus on solving user needs effectively and creating an intuitive user journey.
• Problem Solving for UX Challenges: Find creative and efficient solutions for UX problems related to usability, accessibility, and findability.
• Collaborate with UI Designers: Work closely with UI designers to ensure the design is visually attractive, consistent, and aligned with the product s aesthetic.
• Communicate Design Ideas to Developers: Clearly communicate design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to development teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or in a similar role.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio of design projects showcasing your expertise in UX design, problem-solving, and user-centered design practices.
• Design Software: Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, and Illustrator.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with front-end developers.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude to address and resolve UX challenges creatively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
