Job Summary

Company Secretary in one of the Group Company of Brigade Group and to carry out Company Secretarial Work for that Company as well as other companies in the Group.

Core Responsibilities
1. All compliances under the Companies Act, 2013, and the Rules made thereunder.
2. Preparing and filing e-forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs from time to time
3. Drafting agenda, conducting Board / Committee / General Meetings and drafting minutes.
4. Coordination with the Registrar & Transfer Agents for redressal of Investor Grievances, Corporation Actions and obtaining various reports from time to time.
5. Coordination with other departments in the Company / Group to obtain reports. MIS and certificates periodically.
6. Preparing and updating statutory registers from time to time.
7. Exposure to various compliances with Stock Exchanges and SEBI Regulations

What are we looking for?(Specific Skill Set)

    1. Should have hands-on experience on the online portal of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

    2. Experience in handling compliances of listed entities.


Qualification :
Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with 2-5 years of experience
Experience Required :

3 to 5 Years
