Minimum one year of customer service experience preferably in a face to face role & as a part of a team.
He will lead, manage and coach a team of Hyderabad based Cabin Crew to ensure consistent delivery of world class customer service. He will also fly as a cabin crew member delivering thoughtful service through your cultural and language expertise. To be considered for the Team Leader role you must meet the cabin crew requirements and have at least 12 months experience in a people management or leadership role to include team and performance management. His role requires dedication, resilience, cultural awareness, hard work and an unwavering commitment to customer service.
