Job Summary

This is a remote position.

BugendaiTech is a leading digital consulting firm with a vision to enable digital transformation for both large enterprises and small to medium-sized businesses.

Last year was a year of expansion for us where we expanded in Germany, UAE, UK along with India and the USA. Currently, we are looking for resources who can work on-site for these locations and have the capability to manage and grow along with our organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with end-users via video, e-mail, or in a group setting or one-on-one to respond to specific requests, address system issues, or provide insight into system functionality.
  • Increase the team's velocity/ productivity.
  • Hands-on configuration/customization of the Salesforce product.
  • Continually develop a relationship with CRM vendor to ensure that quality product is provided with the highest level of service.
  • Facilitate and own Salesforce technical design documents for complex integrations.
  • Eliminate technical impediments, if any.
  • People management technical management.
  • Manage the overall CRM enhancement strategy by effectively evaluating and implementing functionality to meet and exceed end-user requirements.
  • Implement solutions that are cost-effective and maintainable.
  • Actively manage the enhancement process including but not limited to closely interacting with business owners' resources through the entire enhancement process.
  • Work within tight deadlines and a dynamic environment.
  • Manage and lead a Salesforce Team Required Skill Sets.






Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce/ CRM tools and Sales Operations functions within large-scale (Fortune 1000) environments.
  • Hands-on custom development experience on Apex, Visual Force, Test code, Force.com, Batch Apex, Scheduler, Integration using SOAP / REST Web services, Ajax Toolkit, Chatter REST, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery.
  • Experience designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting integrations between core ERP / HRMS (Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, others), CRM, and third-party systems.
  • Hands-on experience with report writing, data management, and data manipulation.
  • Effective multi-tasking skills to address simultaneous diverse needs.
  • Negotiation skills to manage and prioritize a variety of end-user enhancement requests.
  • Experience with all phases of the systems development lifecycle Preferred Skill Sets Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in using project management methodologies, tools, resource management practices, change management, and project reporting.
  • Interpersonal Skills.
  • We are looking for a dynamic candidate who qualifies as a team player. Good verbal and non-verbal communication is necessary.
  • Any graduate or post-graduate degree in B.E., Computer Science, or Computer Engineering is preferred.
