Junior Designer Job in Business Fundamental Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Representing the company in terms of Junior Interior Designer for Residential, Commercial & corporate Interior Projects
• Interaction with internal design head/Team to understand the design intend of the projects
• Material understanding of the project and market rate change for the same on timely basis
• Preparing the concept design for the project based on the interaction with Team lead/client and providing final drawings for client approval
• Preparing the required presentation and participating in client presentation meetings
• Preparation of 3D visuals and detailed walkthrough ready models in Revit, coloured plans as and as required in the project
• Participation in the tender drawings with technical data, co-ordination with the internal team in Tender BOQ preparation
• Co-ordination with all the services consultant, checking and correcting the services drawings w.r.t electrical, HVAC, Networking, Fire & safety system etc
• Prepare co-ordinated services drawings, GFC drawings and issue the same to site
• Readiness to evolve, adapt and develop self with company Providing such other services as may be required by DT studio Pvt Ltd time to time
