Position- Area Sales Manager

Location- Mumbai

CTC Budget- Upto 12 lakhs per annum

T. Exp- Min 4 years.

Notice Period- Should not be more than 30 days.

Job Description-

• Managing a team of Sales managers/Relationship Managers.
• Increasing the market penetration of insurance products.
• Must have worked in Agency/Channel partners management in Motor Insurance Industry.
• Identifying and on-boarding distribution partners/agents for insurance.
• Training, counselling, coaching and motivating the sales team.
• Meeting sales targets. Developing the assigned territory showing month on month growth.
• Owning the PnL of the region.
