Electrical Maintenance Engineer Job in Buzzwork

Roles and Responsibilities

• Shift In charge Electrical Maintenance and to look after overall preventive and breakdown maintenance of the equipment in the department.
• Monitor operation, maintenance and automation of utility systems to save energy.
• Coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians
• Ensure Maintenance of facility, equipment (including PLC controlled equipment)
• To look after Electrical Distribution of LT & HT Panels.
• To carry out Energy Consumption analysis and monitoring reading on day to day as well as monthly basis.
• Monitor the functioning of utilities like compressors, chilling plant, water system, air dryers, etc.
• Exposure in TPM and preventive maintenance execution.
• Ensure effective management of critical electrical spare parts.

Maintenance of Equipments such as:

• DOL Starters, STAR/DELTA Starters, TRANSFORMERS Oil and Dry type, Electrical Protection System and Safety Relays, Relay logics and interlocks, Emergency Supply Systems, Inverters & UPS.
• EOT Cranes, Hoists, AIR CIRCUIT BREAKERS (MERLIN GERIN), SF6 CIRCUIT BREAKERS (1250A) ABB, HT/LT Distribution panels and MCC Panels, AC Induction motors, DC Motors.
• AC drives (SSD,AB,ABB,MITSUBISHI), DC Drives (AB,ABB,SSD,RELIANCE ELECTRIC),
• SERVO Drives(AB,SIEMENS)
• AB PLC (CONTROLLOGIX,MICROLOGIX,SLC), SIEMENS PLC (S7-200)(S7-300), SIEMENS WINCC FLEXIBLE, AB NETLINX (CONTROLNET,DEVICENET,ETHERNET),
• PANELVIEW(AB), SCADA (FACTORYTALK VIEW SE/ME), WONDERWARE INTOUCH.

Automation & Control engineering

PLC Programming : AB PLC5, SLC500, Controllogix, Micrologix, Softlogix, Siemens S7200/300/1200.

HMI/SCADA Configuration: AB Panels, RSView32, RSViewSE/ME, Wonderware, Siemens wincc flexible.

Industrial Networks and Communications: EtherNetTCP/IP, MODBUS, DH485, DH+,RS232, RS485, ControlNet,DeviceNet,Profibus,CANBUS.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification - DEEE , DECE (BE/B.Tech candidates are not eligible for this position)

Experience - 3 to 10 Years

Industry Exposure - Handling Shift Electrical Maintenance from Process Industries (Food, Pharma, Chemical, Beverage, Sugar, API, Tyre, Speciality, Paint, Cosmetics, Textile, Steel, Aluminium, Coating, Oil & Gas, Refineries Experience preferred)
