Job purpose:

To handle End to End Recruitment activities across IT Staffing Contract Hiring (C2H)

Job Description:

• To handle End to End Recruitment activities
• To source & attract candidates against given JD
• To develop & update JD as required
• Prepare Job Postings & Job Advertisement
• To screen resumes & Job applications
• To submit suitable profiles against the given JD
• Coordinate with Candidates for Interview
• Collect relevant documents of shortlisted candidates
• Coordinate with client for offer
• Negotiate with candidates on CTC & Date of Joining
• Follow-up with candidates for joining
• Handhold candidates post joining
