We are looking candidates for our internal team who can able to support for NON-IT recruitment for Hyderabad location.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understanding Client requirements
• Sourcing Suitable candidates for the given JD
• Conducting initial level screening
• Coordinate with client and candidates (End to End recruitment)
• Sourcing the candidates through job portals, headhunt, reference, attending jobfair, meeting collages for campus interview and shortlist and process the right candidates and educate them on the job role explain about the terms and coordinate for interview and place them at client place.
• Day to day coordination with Candidates and Client and frequent check with back end team for joining.
• Follow them on each level of interview process
• Overall responsible to closing the given position of our client
• achieve the given target
• Preparing daily interview tracker, Weekly and monthly report.

Desired Candidate Profile

Male candidate with 1 Plus year of experience into NON IT recruitment
